Store Purchases

Klyra subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process store refunds directly; eligibility and decisions are handled by the store where the purchase was made.

How to Request a Refund

For an Apple purchase, request a refund directly from Apple:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Tap "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
4. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Klyra.
5. Tap Submit.

For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play's purchase history or refund support flow for the Google account that made the purchase.

Refunds are subject to the applicable store's policies and are not guaranteed by Klyra.
