App Store Purchases

Because Klyra is purchased and managed through the Apple App Store, we do not have the ability to process refunds directly. Apple handles all billing and refund requests for iOS apps.

How to Request a Refund

If you have subscribed to Klyra Premium by mistake or are unsatisfied with the service, you can request a refund directly from Apple:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Tap "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
4. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Klyra.
5. Tap Submit.

Please note that refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies and are not guaranteed by Klyra.
