1. Introduction

Welcome to Klyra ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Klyra mobile app on iOS or Android.

2. Information Processed on Your Device

Klyra is designed to be privacy-first. Your chosen display name, onboarding preferences, journal entries, mood and daily check-ins, panic records, thought records, triggers, panic plan, recovery reflections, coping preferences, program progress, and notification preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate an account system or upload this personal wellbeing content to our servers.

If you choose voice dictation, Klyra requests microphone access while you are dictating. Klyra does not retain an audio recording. Speech recognition is provided by your device's operating system and may be processed under Apple or Google's applicable privacy terms.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate optional purchases and platform features:

• Apple App Store and Google Play: Process purchases, subscriptions, free trials, billing, and refunds under their own privacy policies.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription status and purchase entitlements. It may process an anonymous app user identifier, device and platform information, product identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, and diagnostic information needed to provide and support purchases.
• Website and content hosting: When the app loads a public policy page or optional hosted app content, the hosting provider may process standard network information such as an IP address and request logs for security and delivery.

Klyra does not include advertising, does not sell personal information, and does not use your data to track you across apps or websites.

4. Optional Health Integrations

With your explicit permission, Klyra may read sleep information from Apple Health or Android Health Connect. On iOS, Klyra may also write mindfulness sessions to Apple Health when you complete a breathing exercise. This information is used only to show relevant in-app insights and record activities you request. It is processed on your device, is not used for advertising or marketing, and is not sold. You can revoke health permissions at any time in your device settings.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders or schedule a simulated call, Klyra uses local device notifications. The schedule and preferences remain on your device and can be changed or disabled in Klyra or your device settings.

6. Retention, Deletion, and Your Choices

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall Klyra. Subscription and transaction records are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat as required to provide purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the store where you purchased it.

7. Children

Klyra is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
